A limited number of meeting rooms are available for exhibitors to reserve at the Indiana Convention Center. Rooms are assigned in the order contracts and payments are received. Show Management makes every effort to comply with preferences, but cannot guarantee them.
 

Rental Details
  • Daily Rate:
    • ATA Members: $500/day
    • Non-Members: $750/day
  • Minimum Rental: 1 full day (hourly rentals not available)
  • Room Setup: Banquet-style (5–6 rounds of 6) by default
    • Alternate setups must be requested directly through the convention center
 

Additional Services 
  • If additional services are needed (electric, A/V, catering, etc.), the exhibiting company is responsible for ordering and paying directly through the appropriate service provider. Note: Electric is not included and must be ordered if needed.
